As you come through the front door, you are greeted by the two-sided fireplace that opens into the living and dining room with great morning natural light from the large east-facing windows. There is a large coat closet to the right in the entry. There is a crystal clear 42" flat panel plasma on the diagnal wall in the living room. A custom (the sub-woofer is installed under the floor) installed BOSE Lifestyle home theater makes the living room great for enjoying your favorite movie or music.

Walking through the dining room, the area opens up to the loft area with a huge window that is on the second floor - lets alot of great natural light into the first and second floors of the condo. Taking a right from there, you enter into one of the master bedrooms. This bedroom easily holds a full Queen bed, night stands, dresser, TV - plenty of room for guests, the kids or used as a master. This bed and bath are painted a sage green with a lighter green complimentary colored wall. A large window overlooks to the south and to the bike path. There is also a great walk in closet.

The attached bath has a granite top vanity, large mirror, two windows, bath tub, shower and toilet with cermic tile floors.

Moving back out of this room, past the laundry closet, there is a great loft area that overlooks the dining area and kitchen below. An oversized window faces the east and lets amazing moring sunlight into the loft area as well as the first floor below.

Moving past the loft area on the second floor, you will pass the stairs to the third floor as you walk into another master. This bedroom has a king bed and nightstands, with a 32" flat panel flanked by doors to the large walk-in closet and bathroom.

Similar to the other bathrooms in this condo, this bathroom has granite vanity, large mirror, shower and toilet. There is a north facing window that allows for more natural light in this contemporary condo.

Heading up the stairs from the second floor, you come into an open area that can be used for various things: a second family room, a large office, a workout room or a third bedroom. There is a closet, large window (you can see Microsoft from this window!) and a bathroom with tile floors, granite and shower - this shower has never even been used so is basically brand new.

This is a one-owner condo purchased from the builder brand new in 2005. The condo is about 2000 sq feet and has been professionally painted and has custom window treatments - the colors are a neutral pallet - sage green, beige and a sky blue are the main colors. There are a lot of interesting wall "jogs" that have painted with the different colors so gives it a warm, modern feel. If the colors do not appeal to you, a possible paint allowance could be an option.
