Seller's QuestionsQ. Can I extend my listing? A. In the event that you come to the end of your six month listing term, you may choose to extend your current listing (that simply means add another six months to the contract) for $50. Q. What is your service area? (Regions you cover) A. We generally cover the area Fargo-Moorhead metro area. Properties can be listed outside of this area; however, there will be exceptions with regard to the sign. Review our Service Area page for more details. For more information please call us or contact us via email. Q. What forms of payment do you accept for a FsboFM.com listing? A. You have the option of paying your listing fee with your credit card, or by mail with a check or money order. We provide secure credit card transactions online through PayPal, including MasterCard, VISA, and Discover. Q. Can I edit or add information to my listing? A. To make changes to your listing, simply log-in using the "Seller Login" and follow the instructions. If you prefer for FsboFM.com to change your listing, please email the changes to us or call us. There is no charge for making changes. Q. Do I need to notify you when my house has sold? A. Yes. You can notify us when you have a sale pending, or a signed purchase agreement has been executed. We will ask you to place a “Sold” rider on your sign until the closing has occurred. Once you close on your property, we will pick up the yard sign. Q. Can I list my property with FsboFM.com and a real estate agent at the same time? A. No. If you decide to list your property with a real estate agent, please contact us and we will pick up your sign.
