Q. How are you able to charge such a reasonable price for your service and tools? A. Our “For Sale By Owner” service and tools provide increased exposure without many of the concierge-type services offered by full-service realty companies. It is up to you to handle showings, open houses, negotiation, closing, etc. Since we know where our responsibilities begin and end we can provide our services at a fixed fee. Our focus is to serve as the link between FSBO buyers and sellers and to provide the services, tools, and resources which allow them to be successful. As a FSBO seller, you can advertise your property in any way that you think will help you find a buyer. If you find a buyer yourself then you do not owe commissions to anyone! For example, if a buyer sees your listing on our site or sees your yard sign and contacts you directly, with no agents involved, then you would pay NO COMMISSIONS!
